This site describes our app and lets you join a waitlist, register interest in clubs and events, and contact us. The app itself isn't launched yet; anything on this site about upcoming features, dates, clubs, or events is informational, may include sample content, and can change or be discontinued at any time without notice.
When you submit information through our forms, you give us permission to use it to respond to you and operate the Initiative, as described in our Privacy Policy. You keep ownership of what you send us.
The Touch Grass Initiative name, logo, and the content of this site belong to us or our licensors. You're welcome to link to the site and share it; please don't copy our branding or content for your own products without asking.
The site may link to services we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or their practices.
This site is provided "as is." While we work to keep it accurate and available, we make no warranties about it and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
One more, in plain English: outdoor activity is physical activity. Any events, clubs, or activities you find through us are undertaken at your own judgment and risk — check with organizers, and where appropriate, your doctor.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Touch Grass Initiative operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms; the date above tells you when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
